Jim, sending you positive energy each day.
What lies behind us and what lies before us
are tiny matters compared to
what lies within us.

Jim, We have known each other for a long time and you have often commented that you have drawn on the positive energy being sent to you from your friends during the difficult moments of your climbs. I have been following your blog and you can guaranty that I will be sending you all of the positive energy that I can during both the summit push and the rest of your climb. I wish you a successful summit and safe return.

Jim, not a day goes by when I don't wonder where you are, what's going on, and hoping you hit it hard on summit push.

You've got what it takes--- smart, fit, and ready. Thanks for being the continued inspiration for us in Fort Collins.

What inspires me? "Jim Davidson".

James,
Your our hero. Julie, Ryan (23), and Kyle (20) just sitting around in the family room while I read excerpts from your adventure. We are all amazed at what you have accomplished. Seems like just yesterday we were exploring Montana - now you are hanging at 23K. Dig deep. I know it is hard - but that which is easily achieved is not held so dearly. Julie says Hi and you are in our prayers. We are proud of you. Be safe and sumit when ready.

Morning Jimmy,

Pumpkin Pie...inspires me. All kidding aside, inspiration is complex and sometimes in hindsight. The mountains and cliff faces always call, the physical exertion and testing of will and finally the feeling of accomplishmnet after the climb. This is what continues to inspire me.

During the climb...I defer back to that piece of pumpkin pie.
Get it done Jimmy, pie is waiting.
Great success to you,
Terry
